The LE Creuset The Gourmet-Profitopf Signature black Crucible is a wide, flat cooking pot made of enamelled cast iron for meat, vegetables, braised dishes, roasts and baked goods.

The low sides aid in caramelizing and turning. The cast iron retains heat and distributes it evenly, while the black enamel interior develops a natural patina over time.

comfort & Mission

The lid seals tightly and keeps moisture inside the pot. Large handles and a lid knob that is heat-resistant up to 260°C make it easy to handle, even with oven gloves. Suitable for ovens (including grills) as well as electric, ceramic, gas, and induction cooktops.
