The following shipping rates apply to orders in the online shop.

Delivery of parcels:

  • Shipping costs for parcel shipments up to CHF 100.00 : CHF 12
  • Shipping costs for parcel shipments worth more than CHF 100.00: free

Deliveries of freight forwarding goods (curbside delivery)

  • Shipping costs for shipments up to CHF 500.00 : Between CHF 59.00 and CHF 79.00 (depending on size)
  • Shipping costs for shipments between CHF 500.00 and CHF 800.00: Between CHF 39.00 and CHF 59.00 (depending on size)
  • Shipping costs for shipments over CHF 800.00: Free

Delivery to the place of use (in the desired room):

  • Shipping costs for shipments up to CHF 500.00 : Between CHF 125.00 and CHF 135.00 (depending on size)
  • Shipping costs for shipments between CHF 500.00 and CHF 800.00: Between CHF 109 and CHF 120.00 (depending on size)
  • Shipping costs for shipments over CHF 800.00: Between CHF 70 and CHF 80.00 (depending on size)

Delivery is carried out by two people. If the weight per package exceeds 100 kg, additional people must be called in. These costs are to be paid by the customer. 

Assembly services:

We offer assembly services for the following product types: Tables, beds, sofas, sofa beds, chairs, armchairs, benches, cabinets, sideboards, wardrobes

There are no wall or ceiling mountings.

Assembly services are charged at a flat rate depending on the product. If the assembly time exceeds 1 hour, the actual costs will be charged (CHF 60.00 per 15 min. for a 2 person service team).

If the weight per package exceeds 100 kg, additional personnel will be required. These costs are to be paid by the customer.

Return:

Returns are charged at a flat rate depending on the product.

a) Landfilling:

If you are not present at the time of delivery, the products will be left at the front door, at the entrance, or at the reception of the company. Responsibility for the delivered products will be transferred to you after they have been deposited, even in your absence.

b) Partial delivery:

Upon request, we can make partial deliveries. Additional costs will be charged to the customer.

c) Individual assemblies:

We would be happy to create an individual offer for specific needs that do not correspond to the standard approach.

d) Shipping from multiple locations:

If orders are fulfilled from multiple warehouses, double shipping charges may apply.

e) Delivery and assembly of freight forwarding goods:

If delivery to the user's address is agreed, it will generally be made to the curb of the property.This means that the freight forwarder drops off the goods at the respective address at the curb. This can be on the sidewalk in front of the front door, but in some cases also in front of a driveway leading to the house. Delivery is carried out by a single-person truck.

If assembly or delivery to the premises has been agreed, this will also only be carried out to the extent that the local and structural conditions allow it under normal circumstances. These deliveries will be carried out by two people.

Deliveries will only be made in the presence of adults.If the user is not found at the delivery address on the delivery and installation date or refuses to accept the goods, he or she will be informed of a new delivery and installation date as soon as possible.
