The Agora AR02 - Seating system by .mdd from the product range Modular sofa It combines contemporary design with high functionality and is the ideal solution for modern workplaces, waiting areas, and public interiors. Developed by Form Us With Love, Agora focuses on an open, communicative design that – true to its name – fosters exchange and collaboration. The modular furniture system can be used as a sofa, bench, shelf, or in versatile combinations of these elements. This results in a piece of furniture that adapts precisely to spatial requirements and different usage scenarios.

Modular, combinable and designed for coworking

Agora has been tested under demanding coworking conditions and has impressively proven its suitability for everyday use. Its wide range of configurations is particularly strong: depending on requirements, individual modules can be combined to create a linear seating solution or a 90-degree angled configuration. This makes the seating system suitable for both larger, clearly defined areas and smaller, separate spaces for conversation, waiting, or relaxation. Thanks to the flexible module selection, Agora integrates harmoniously into a variety of spatial concepts, creating an inviting and professional atmosphere.

High-quality materials and comfortable furnishings

The upholstered seat and backrest, made of molded foam with a density of 52 kg/m³, ensure comfortable support even during extended use. The wide and deep seat promotes a relaxed posture, while the ergonomically shaped backrest relieves pressure on the lumbar spine. The robust frame with its powder-coated tubular steel base offers exceptional stability and durability. A 19 mm thick MDF top and a natural wood veneer base complete the design, giving the piece a warm and sophisticated look.

Functionality for waiting rooms, lounges and meeting areas

The seating system is not only visually appealing but also practically designed: High metal legs make sitting down and standing up easier, the shelf between the seats offers space for catalogs, drinks, or handbags, and the aesthetically pleasing back allows for flexible placement within the room. The optional ARM071 media box can be added to further enhance the functionality of the furniture with a 230V power outlet and USB-A and USB-C charging ports. This makes Agora an ideal solution for reception areas, waiting rooms, and modern communal spaces.

Version of this model

This model comes with a Frame in pearl white semi-matt RAL 1013 executed. The configuration includes Module 1: Seat ES01 in L-01 Leather Black as well as Module 2 and Module 3: Seat ES01 in A-60011 Grey. The combination of dark leather and grey upholstery underlines the modern, professional character of the system and can be combined in many ways with other furnishing elements.
