The Hako Meeting HK04 soundproof booth by .mdd is the ideal solution for open-plan offices, communication zones, and public areas where quiet, confidentiality, and focused work are essential. Whether for confidential phone calls, brief team meetings, or focused work, Hako Meeting creates a comfortable, versatile retreat for 2 to 4 people.
The acoustic booth features sound insulation tested in accordance with ISO 23351-1:2020, with a rating of DS,A – 25.7 dB . The padded walls featuring Sonic technology are certified as Acoustic Class A and provide a noticeable reduction in ambient noise. This makes the booth an excellent, quiet alternative to traditional meeting rooms. Especially in noisy open-plan offices or along high-traffic areas, the Hako Meeting HK04 offers a private space for conversations, brainstorming, and undisturbed concentration.
To ensure a comfortable indoor environment, the booth is equipped with integrated lighting and quiet ventilation. The exhaust fan in the ceiling and the fresh-air fan at the base operate efficiently and can be easily adjusted. With a maximum airflow of 260 m³/h and a noise level of just 27.5 dB(A), the work environment remains pleasantly quiet. The integrated media box with 2x230V + 1xUSB + 1xUSB-C provides the right infrastructure for laptops, tablets, and mobile work. In addition, the open-bottom design simplifies cable management and allows for flexible system configuration.
The Hako Meeting HK04 features a sturdy metal frame, powder-coated columns, and an elegant combination of glass and upholstered elements. The 8-mm-thick tempered glass door features hinges, a door handle with a lock, and a sealing system that further enhances acoustic performance. The interior and exterior walls in Navy Blue MC-2497-66006 give the phone booth a calm, modern look, while the frame in Semi-Matte Anthracite RAL 7043 ensures a professional appearance. Optional features include a shelf, seating, a table, and a floor covered with acoustic carpet.
