Unzureichende Qualität bei allen gelieferten Stühlen

Mir ist bewusst, dass es sich um ein Naturprodukt handelt und daher leichte Maßabweichungen normal sind. Die Montage war jedoch äußerst problematisch. Das Holz war stark verzogen, wodurch der Zusammenbau erheblich erschwert wurde. Ich habe insgesamt sechs Stühle gekauft, bei allen traten ähnliche Probleme auf. Insgesamt wirkt die Verarbeitung sehr billig mit , stellenweise - großen Farbunterschiede. Würde ich nicht erneut kaufen.

Vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Es tut mir leid zu hören, dass die Stühle nicht einwandfrei sind. Ist es bei allen Stühlen dasselbe Problem gewesen oder nicht? Falls nicht, kann es sein, dass es sich um einen Produktionsfehler handelt. Kannst du mir Fotos davon senden, damit ich es beim Lieferanten melden kann. Vielleicht können wir dir einen Ersatz organisieren.

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung perfekt. Und nun sitze ich seit 30 Minuten im Sessel - und es ist schon mein Lieblingssessel (Kave Home Granite)

Tischdecke

Für den stilvollen gedeckten Tisch für festliche Anlässe.

Bett

Das Bett sieht sehr schön aus. (Der Bettrahmen ist kleiner als gedacht, aber sieht trotzdem dehr süss aus) das einzige Problem dass wir haben ist die Stütze von unten? Und zwar haltet es das ganze Bettrahmen an horizontalen stützen anstatt Vertikale. Ich bin nicht sicher dass es deswegen ist, aber dadurch wenn man am Bettrand unten sitzt, hält es einem nicht. Man muss sagen das wir nicht Latenrost von Kave home haben. Das coole ist aber auch an diesem Bett, dass man theoretisch gesagt die Farbe nach belieben ja ändern kann bzw den Stoff auch.

Wunderschöner Tisch und Stühle

Der runde ausziehbare Tisch passt perfekt mit den Ciselia Stühlen.
Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Bedienung beim Besuch in Gossau.
Einwandfreie Lieferung.
Sehr gute Qualität - einfaches zusammenbauen. Wir sind rundum zufrieden.
