Optisch gefällt uns das Sofa sehr gut und es ist auch sehr bequem. Allerdings entspricht die Farbe nicht unseren Erwartungen – sie wirkt eher Greige/Beige-Grau statt wie ein reines Beige. Die Farbbeschreibung finden wir daher etwas irreführend.
Bereits nach nur 1,5 Monaten lösen sich zudem die Nähte an mehreren Stellen. Auch auf unsere E-Mail an den Kundenservice haben wir bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten.
Insgesamt schade, da das Sofa an sich sehr schön ist, wir uns jedoch eine bessere Qualität und einen zuverlässigeren Kundenservice erwartet hätten.
Très contente de cet achat, très souvent les canapés lit ne sont pas très design et celui là coche toutes les cases.
