Bazalto - wall screens

Bazalto wall panels by Mdd – where acoustics meet design

Bazalto wall panels are hexagonal panels whose shape was inspired by the Giant's Causeway. They decorate your wall while simultaneously improving room acoustics thanks to Sonic technology with Class A acoustic certification. Available in blue with the NE-17 fabric.

Construction and material

• Panel padded on one side, with sound technology structure and the option to attach needles.
• Frame made of chipboard for lasting dimensional stability
• Filling made of acoustic nonwovens with high sound absorption and scattering
• Fabric cover NE-17 Blue
• Made in Poland, in the European Union

Function and area of application

The acoustic fleece filling and fabric covering ensure high sound absorption. The irregular hexagonal shape allows for creative wall designs, while the chipboard frame provides stability to the panels. Thanks to the option of attaching thumbtacks, the panels can also be used as work or pinboards. This makes them suitable for offices, universities, libraries, and other public spaces.

Variants and configuration

The product is available in two panel thicknesses (2.1 cm or 3.9 cm), each measuring 65 cm x 55 cm and weighing 1.4 kg. This allows for individual layouts and combinations on the wall. The separately available adhesive is recommended for installation (one package is sufficient for 6 panels).
