The Gastrolux The Biotan Plus induction frying pan, flat, ø 28 cm, with a removable handle, is designed for delicate foods such as eggs, pancakes, and fish. A three-layer Greblon C3+ non-stick coating from Weilburger sits atop an 8 mm thick aluminum base, and the handle is detachable.

coating & Floor

The base, middle, and top layers ensure clean food release and make cleaning easier. With normal use, you don't need any additional fat for release. The squeeze-cast aluminum distributes heat evenly, with fewer hot spots. The integrated induction plate is directly bonded to the cooking body. The warp-resistant base remains dimensionally stable and retains heat for a long time – ideal when cooking several pancakes in succession.

Remove the stem, put the pan in the oven.

With the handle attached, the pan is oven-safe up to 180°C; without the handle, up to 260°C. You sear on the stovetop, finish cooking in the oven, and serve directly from the pan. The handle also saves space in the cupboard.
