The Gastrolux The Biotan Plus induction frying pan set (20+28 cm diameter) with a detachable handle brings two pans into your everyday life: the smaller one for fried eggs, the larger one for pancakes or fish fillets. The pans are black and induction-compatible, and the handle is removable.

Non-stick for delicate foods

Weilburger's three-layer Greblon C3+ coating (base, middle, and top layers) helps food release cleanly and makes cleaning easier. This is especially helpful for eggs, pancakes, and fish. With normal use, you don't need any additional fat for release.

Floor with induction hob

The 8 mm thick aluminum base, manufactured using a squeeze-cast process, distributes heat evenly with fewer hot spots. The integrated induction plate is directly bonded to the cooking body. The warp-resistant base remains dimensionally stable and retains heat for a long time – ideal when serving directly from the pan.

Removable handle for hob, oven and table

With the handle attached, the pan is oven-safe up to 180°C; without the handle, up to 260°C. This allows you to start cooking on the stovetop and then finish in the oven. Without the handle, it stores compactly in the cupboard. There is a 3-year warranty on the non-stick coating and a 10-year warranty on the handles.
