Hygienic comfort with Medicott® cover

The mattress comes standard with a high-quality Medicott® cover. The soft terry stretch fabric consists of 39% organic cotton and 61% polyester and has a weight of approximately 430 g/m². A quilted, breathable fleece layer of approximately 200 g/m² enhances softness and temperature regulation. The continuous quilting pattern ensures a smooth surface; a zipper and turning loops make it easy to handle.

The Medicott® finish reduces the use of potentially harmful chemicals, protects the cotton fibers, and inhibits mold growth. The cover is removable and washable up to 60°C. Combined with the hypoallergenic, mite- and bacteria-resistant core, the mattress is particularly well-suited for allergy sufferers and those concerned with hygiene. An optional decorative, also removable, second cover made of canvas or selected upholstery fabrics from brands such as Kvadrat or Camira can be added.

Sämtliche Matratzen sind immer auch mit dem Medicott^®-Bezug ausgestattet. Zusätzlich kann ein dekorativer Bezug gewählt werden, zum Beispiel aus Segeltuch, Kvadrat oder Camira-Stoff. Der dekorative Bezug wird einfach über den Medicott^®-Bezug gezogen und ist ebenso abziehbar.

Der hochwertige Medicott^®-Bezug unserer Matratzen besteht aus einem weichen Frottierstretch-Gewebe mit 39 % naturbelassener kbA-Baumwolle und 61 % Polyester (430 g/m²). Er ist mit einem atmungsaktiven Vlies (200 g/m²) versteppt, das zusätzliche Weichheit und einen angenehmen Temperaturausgleich bietet.

Das laufende Steppmuster sorgt für eine gleichmäßige Oberfläche, während praktische Wendeschlaufen und ein Reißverschluss die Handhabung erleichtern. Der Bezug ist bis 60 °C waschbar und besonders pflegeleicht.

Dank des umweltschonenden Medicott^®-Verfahrens wird vollständig auf schädliche Chemikalien verzichtet. Dadurch wird die Baumwollfaser geschont und die Umwelt nachhaltig entlastet. Gleichzeitig hemmt die spezielle Ausrüstung die Schimmelbildung und unterbricht bei regelmäßiger Wäsche effektiv die Nahrungskette der Hausstaubmilbe – ideal für Allergiker und hygienebewusste Schläfer.
