Hyg bar stool 65 cm upholstery oak grey/remix by Normann Copenhagen

Discover the Hyg bar stool 65 cm upholstered oak grey/remix from Normann Copenhagen, a MeisterA work of design that combines comfort and aesthetics. This bar stool is part of the renowned Hyg series, designed by Simon Legald and inspired by the Danish concept of hygge. Hygge stands for coziness, warmth, and a feeling of security, and these qualities are perfectly reflected in this exquisite piece of furniture.

A design inspired by hygge

Simon Legald designed the Hyg series with the aim of creating a feeling of intimacy and comfort. The soft lines and enveloping contours of the bar stool invite you to lean back and relax. The series was first launched in 2018 and initially included a two-seater sofa, an armchair, and a footstool. In 2020, the collection was expanded to include a chair and a bar stool, which retain the characteristic features of the lounge series: organic curves and exceptional comfort.

High-quality materials and workmanship

The Hyg bar stool, 65 cm upholstered in oak grey/Remix, is made from high-quality materials that guarantee both durability and elegance. The seat is covered in the exclusive Remix fabric, known for its durability and pleasant feel. The oak legs give the stool stability and a natural aesthetic that blends seamlessly into various interior design styles.

Perfect for dining and lounge areas

The Hyg bar stool allows you to create harmonious room settings that seamlessly connect dining and lounge areas. Whether in the kitchen, at the bar, or in the living room – this stool offers not only a comfortable seat but also a stylish design statement.

Experience the feeling of hygge

The Hyg bar stool was designed with the aim of conveying a feeling of security and comfort. Simon Legald explains: “The feeling of hygge is not just linked to the visual experience of the design – it encompasses the entire sensory spectrum. A great deal of work went into designing the chair to offer the body rest and support – so that it is simply comfortable to sit in.”
