Hyg bar stool 65 cm upholstery oak olive/remix by Normann Copenhagen

Discover the unique Hyg bar stool 65 cm upholstered in oak olive/remix by Normann Copenhagen, a MeisterA work of Danish design that perfectly combines comfort and aesthetics. This bar stool is part of the renowned Hyg series, designed by Simon Legald and inspired by the Danish philosophy of Hygge.

A design inspired by hygge

The Hyg series was launched in 2018 and originally comprised a two-seater sofa, an armchair, and a footstool. In 2020, the collection was expanded to include a chair and a bar stool, both retaining the characteristic features of the lounge series: organic curves and inviting shapes that ensure exceptional comfort. The Hyg bar stool (65 cm) is a perfect example of this design philosophy.

High-quality materials and workmanship

The Hyg bar stool features a robust oak frame upholstered in a high-quality remix fabric in olive green. This combination of natural materials and modern textiles gives the bar stool a timeless elegance that adds a touch of style to any room.

Perfect for dining and lounge areas

With its seat height of 65 cm, the Hyg bar stool is ideal for kitchen islands, bar counters, or other elevated seating areas. Its ergonomic shape and soft padding ensure comfortable seating for hours, whether eating, drinking, or chatting with friends and family.

A bar stool that exudes coziness

Simon Legald explains: “The feeling of hygge is not just linked to the visual experience of the design – it encompasses the entire sensory spectrum. A great deal of work has been done to design the chair in such a way that it offers the body rest and support – so that it is simply comfortable to sit in.”
