The Iris IRS01 office chair by .mdd combines modern design with high functionality and is the ideal solution for anyone who values comfort, ergonomics, and a professional look—whether in the office, a home office, or a study area. As a high-quality office chair , the Iris was designed to provide optimal support for the body during long workdays and, thanks to numerous adjustment options, adapts precisely to individual needs. With its elegant lines, black frame (RAL 9005), and seat in NE-15 navy blue, the chair blends stylishly into any work environment.
The height-adjustable backrest, made of breathable mesh fabric, ensures a comfortable seating experience and supports the natural curvature of the spine. This is complemented by the depth-adjustable lumbar support, which can be adjusted to three positions and provides targeted relief for the lower back. The 4D armrests with soft TPU pads offer maximum flexibility: They are adjustable in height, width, depth, and rotation angle, providing comfortable support for the arms. Optionally , the office chair can be equipped with a headrest that provides additional support for the neck and head.
The Iris IRS01 is equipped with the Synchro Pro mechanism , which allows the backrest and seat to tilt in an ergonomically optimal ratio. The backrest can be tilted up to 20° and the seat up to 9°, while the spring tension can be individually adjusted to the user’s body weight. Four locking positions and the integrated anti-shock system enhance user comfort and prevent the backrest from snapping back uncontrollably. The depth-adjustable seat also helps ensure that the chair can be precisely adapted to different users and promotes relaxed, dynamic sitting.
The seat is made of high-density, flame-retardant molded foam, meeting important safety and durability requirements. The sturdy steel gas lift, the 5-star base made of polypropylene, and the casters for soft floors ensure mobility and stability in daily use.
