Versatile dough processing

The Atlas Plus can produce three types of pasta: lasagna sheets with an adjustable thickness of 0.6–4.8 mm, fettuccine at 6 mm, and tagliolini at 1.5 mm. This means you're perfectly equipped for a variety of pasta dishes.

Expandable with PastaDrive and accessories

The machine is compatible with the PastaDrive motor as well as twelve additional Marcato Pasta attachments.
