POLYESTER In direct sunlight, carpets can turn or bleach. It is therefore important to turn the carpet regularly to get a even color. Polyester carpets should be sucked regularly, preferably once a week. Use a nozzle without brushes and carefully suck it off. A carpet pad keeps it on the spot and protects it from wear. Remove stains immediately. Do not rub, but gently soak up with a cloth. It is important not to use a colored cloth because this can discolor the carpet. If the stain has already settled, use a cloth with hot water and a cleaning agent for polyester carpets. Work carefully from the outer edges to the middle of the stain. Remember not to use too much water because this can lead to mold formation. When the carpet gets wet, let it dry in the air or use a fan or a carpet dryer.
