It is very pleasant and almost silky to the touch (so-called silk touch). Its structure takes the form of a pronounced weave and a slightly shimmering surface. Unevenly dyed threads create a striking texture with a shading and shine effect. The high quality and expressive character of the material give the furniture an attractive and sensual appearance that allows for widespread use in modern design. The fabric is very durable and hardly visible when soiled. The material is available in a wide range of colors. It is characterized by high abrasion resistance, which gives the furniture an aesthetic appearance over a very long period of time (Martindale test: >60,000 490 g/m² Composition: 1 Polyester). It also has a very low tendency to moss and pilling. The fabric is flame-retardant, which minimizes the risk of fire spreading. Lassen Sie den Stoff auf natürliche Weise an der Luft trocknen.
Sie können auch spezielle Polsterreinigungsprodukte verwenden. Befolgen Sie in diesem Fall die Anweisungen des Herstellers.
Bei Flecken oder verschütteten Flüssigkeiten tupfen Sie die Flüssigkeit vorsichtig mit einem trockenen Tuch oder Papiertuch ab. Um Verschmutzungen durch Schlamm, Ketchup, Mayonnaise, Joghurt oder Lippenstift zu entfernen, sammeln Sie vorsichtig die Reste der Substanz. Starke Reinigungsmittel und Bleichmittel können den Bezug beschädigen.
Vermeiden Sie es, Flecken, insbesondere organische, mit heissem Wasser zu entfernen, da sie sich dadurch festsetzen können.
Reinigen Sie die verschmutzte Oberfläche mit sanften, kreisenden Bewegungen von aussen nach innen. Vermeiden Sie kräftiges und energisches Reiben, um die Struktur des Stoffes nicht zu beschädigen. Wiederholen Sie diese Schritte bei Bedarf und vergrössern Sie dabei den gereinigten Bereich rund um die Fleckenstelle, um ein Ausbreiten zu verhindern.
Bevor Sie mit der Reinigung beginnen, testen Sie das Reinigungsmittel an einer unauffälligen Stelle des Möbelstücks, um Schäden am Stoff zu vermeiden. Nachdem Sie den Fleck entfernt haben, lassen Sie den Stoff bei Raumtemperatur an der Luft trocknen. Verwenden Sie keinen Haartrockner oder eine andere direkte Wärmequelle. Setzen Sie sich während dieser Zeit nicht auf das Sofa, da sich der Bezug verformen könnte.
