The ceramic-based mineral nonstick coating with organic minerals ensures optimal heat conduction and enables even frying at high temperatures. The PFAS-free surface is free of PTFE, PFOA, and PFOS and supports healthy, sustainable cooking with minimal added fat. Food sticks less, allowing dishes to be prepared particularly gently and conveniently. At the same time, the innovative surface offers high scratch and abrasion resistance, making the pan durable even with frequent use.

The 8 mm-thick, warp-resistant base supports efficient heat conduction and retention, while the thermal shock-resistant construction remains permanently flat even during sudden temperature changes.
