The pan, crafted from recycled aluminum, ensures even heat distribution across the entire surface. The 8 mm-thick, warp-resistant base supports optimal heat conduction and remains permanently flat even under heavy use. At the same time, the surface is scratch- and abrasion-resistant, making the pan particularly durable and reliable for everyday use. The mineral coating—free of PTFE, PFOA, and PFOS—prevents food from sticking and allows for pleasant, low-fat frying at high temperatures.
The GASTROLUX EVO frying pan is compatible with induction, electric, gas, and ceramic stovetops. Thanks to its ergonomically shaped handles, it sits securely and comfortably in your hand. In addition, the handles are oven-safe up to 260°C, significantly expanding the pan’s range of uses. For pans with a removable handle, use is even possible up to 400°C, provided the handle is removed beforehand. This makes the pan ideal for frying, braising, and gratinating.
: For even greater flexibility, the removable handle 130228.1000 is available as an accessory. The Pyrex glass lid (24 cm diameter) and the Deluxe glass lid (24 cm diameter) are ideal additions to this model.
